Job Description

  • Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of projects from concept to completion.

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company objectives.

  • Prepare and manage project budgets, timelines, and resource plans to ensure efficiency and cost control.

  • Coordinate and communicate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Monitor project progress, risks, and issues, implementing corrective actions when necessary.

  • Ensure all engineering, procurement, and construction activities comply with quality, safety, and contractual standards.

  • Conduct regular progress meetings, prepare reports, and update stakeholders on project status.

  • Review and approve technical documents, drawings, and material submittals in coordination with design and engineering teams.

  • Manage change orders, claims, and contract variations effectively to protect project profitability.

  • Oversee project close-out, including documentation, final inspections, and handover to the client.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; a Master’s degree or PMP certification is an advantage.

  • 7–10 years of project management experience in construction, engineering, or industrial projects.

  • Strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.

  • Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera (P6), or similar project management software.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results under pressure.

  • Solid understanding of contract administration, procurement, and quality/safety standards.

  • Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are an asset.
