Lead end-to-end project management for new store expansion, renovation, and M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) installations.

Plan, monitor, and execute project schedules to ensure timely handover and adherence to company standards.

Coordinate with cross-functional departments (Design, Procurement, Operation, and Finance) to align project milestones.

Supervise contractors, vendors, and technical teams to ensure quality, cost control, and safety compliance.

Review and approve technical drawings, layouts, and M&E designs in collaboration with consultants or internal engineers.

Manage and monitor project budgets, quotations, and progress claims to ensure accuracy and transparency.

Conduct site inspections to assess work quality, resolve technical issues, and ensure compliance with design and specification.

Support preventive maintenance and technical improvement initiatives for existing retail stores.

Report project progress, risk assessments, and key updates to management regularly.

Ensure all expansion projects align with brand image, operational efficiency, and sustainability objectives.

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (Civil background not preferred).

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in project management, construction, or M&E systems — preferably in retail, F&B, or commercial projects.

Strong technical knowledge of electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems design, installation, and maintenance.

Experience in project planning, budgeting, vendor management, and site supervision.

Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and MS Office applications.

Good knowledge of safety standards and local building regulations.

Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.

Able to manage multiple projects under tight timelines and work independently.

Willing to travel or be assigned to regional expansion sites as required.
