Job Description

  • Act in a pleasant, cheerful and courteous way and alert at all times. Follow up the telephone courtesy.
  • Has a good understanding of people, genuine interest in housekeeping service and thorough knowledge of guest facilities.
  • Responsible for the cleanliness & tidy up of the public area, meeting room, function room, corridor, pantry and service area.
  • Maintain the P.A equipment. Check all the assignment area. Remind the staff for the weekly, monthly special cleaning.
  • Supervise the staff to be fully aware of HK equipment and know how to use.
  • Conduct the chemical inventory and identify the chemical and usage.
  • To pay attention on loose floor tiles, holes and rips on carpet.
  • Check all the plant around the NGH premises.
  • Ensure that restaurant, kitchen and fitness center and swimming pool cleaning schedule is suitable and finished.
  • Follow up maintenance request.
  • Handle the request/ complaint from tenant or other department.
  • Handle the extra cleaning job requested by other department.
  • Report back to concern department and HOD for the complaint/ request.
  • Check the P.A attendant punctuality. Check the work sheet & filing it up.
  • Fill up the daily supervisor report. Write P/A logbook every day. Handover the necessary information to the next shift supervisor.
  • Assign the work for public area cleaner.
  • Make orientation for new staff.
  • Conduct the daily briefing and giving the necessary information to all P/A staff.
  • Attend and participate in departmental meetings when directly assigned by HOD.
  • Report accident to HOD.
  • Carry out work delegated by HOD.
  • To perform the other duties assigned by Management.

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity
  • Good communication and customer contact skills
  • Required to relocate
