Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, price, reliability, and service.
Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements with suppliers to ensure cost- effectiveness.
Issue purchase orders and follow up to ensure on-time delivery of materials.
Monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
Collaborate with production, logistics, quality control, and finance teams to align purchasing with operational needs.
Maintain accurate purchasing records, supplier databases, and price lists.
Evaluate supplier performance regularly and recommend improvements.
Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and procurement procedures.
Stay updated on market trends, new products, and potential suppliers in the FMCG industry.
Support cost-reduction and process improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 2–5 years of purchasing or procurement experience in FMCG or manufacturing.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Excellent communication skill in English.
Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of procurement best practices and local/international sourcing.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
