Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Conduct thorough inspections and audits of solar installations to ensure compliance with project specifications, engineering standards, and safety regulations.
  • Verify the accuracy and completeness of the bill of quantities (BOQs) and system designs, identifying discrepancies and recommending adjustments as necessary.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve quality issues promptly and effectively.
  • Develop and implement QA/QC procedures and protocols to enhance the reliability and durability of solar systems.
  • Conduct material inspections to ensure that components used meet the required quality and performance standards.
  • Monitor construction activities to maintain adherence to project timelines and budget constraints.
  • Document inspection findings, prepare detailed reports, and maintain accurate records of QA/QC activities.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for project teams on QA/QC best practices and standards.
  • Participate in project meetings and reviews to provide technical insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Inspect materials and components used in solar systems to ensure quality and longevity.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Quality Management, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience working in a related field.
  • Strong understanding of solar installation processes, system designs, and regulatory requirements.
  • Familiarity with reading and interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and bills of quantities (BOQs).
  • Knowledge of QA/QC methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Practical communication skills with the ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary team environment.
  • Ability to travel to project sites as needed.
