An Exciting Opportunity for ...

Main purpose of the position:

  • Responsible for chemical, sensory sampling and testing
  • Responsible for Raw, Packaging and Auxiliary material analysis    
  • Responsible for laboratory equipment calibration and maintenance
  • Responsible for data reporting (NAV, Local & Group reports)
  • Support operations in troubleshooting at production areas
  • Creates standards (SOP&OPL)
  • Support troubleshooting at production areas
  • Support Quality audits and Management systems
  • Perform Quality trainings and provide constant coaching to operational teams

Personal qualifications / competencies:

  • Involves and takes responsibility for the taks
  • Demonstrates commitment and personal ownership, and sticks to decisions taken
  • Sets clear and stretch objectives and rigorously tracks their delivery
  • Plans affectively, sets priorities and puts ideas into practice
  • Seizes opportunities, embraces and drives change

Job Requirements

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Life Science, Other Technical Programs or Equivalent
  • Minimum 1-2 years quality or production experience, preferably in FMCG or Food industry

Language skills:

  • Fluent in local language
  • Fluent in English to understand the methods and standards (spoken and written skills perferable)
