Job Summary  
We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible QC Supervisor to oversee quality control operations in our vermicelli production facility. The role includes lab testing, in-process quality monitoring, and ensuring compliance with SOPs across both day and night shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and conduct laboratory testing of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods  
• Oversee production to maintain compliance with quality and operational procedures.
•  Maintain accurate documentation of inspections, test results, and corrective actions  
• Coordinate with production teams to resolve quality issues in real-time  
• Analyze trends in quality data and recommend process improvements  
• Train and guide QC staff on SOPs, hygiene standards, and inspection protocols Ensure smooth handover between day and night shifts with proper reporting  
• Report any non-conformities and initiate corrective/preventive actions (CAPA)
• Coaching and knowledge sharing to QC staffs to skill improvement for QC check point 
• Evaluate problems and make initial recommendations for possible corrective actions to supervise.
• Check cleaning for the machines , materials and operation area and incoming & outgoing processs.

•  B.Sc ( Chemistry Or Industrial Chemisrty ) 
• Minimum 2 years of experience in QC/QA roles within food manufacturing  
• Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and SOP compliance  
• Willingness to work in rotating shifts (day/night)  
• Good communication and leadership skills  
• Experience with vermicelli or noodle production  
• Familiarity with lab equipment and testing protocols  
• Ability to lead a small QC team and coordinate with production supervisors
