-Conduct detailed quantity take-offs from project drawings and specifications.-To estimate and make Schedule for the project.-Join in client meetings to negotiate with clients regarding to claim settlement or the necessary changes of the contracts.-To provide professional assistance in commercial/contractual matters, any quantity surveying duties and Bill of Quantity matters to the project team-Site survey if it is required-Compare the quotation and report to CEO and Prepare contract-Check the material and Coordinate with contractors on site-Develop comprehensive Bills of Quantities (BOQ) in accordance with project requirements.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field. - (3-5)years of experience in related field. - Strong proficiency in quantity take-off software and cost estimation tools. - Excellent knowledge of construction materials, their properties, and market dynamics. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with other teams.
