Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

Inspect the quality of raw materials and finished products.
Conduct quality control tests, including pH, appearance, color, odor, and viscosity.
Monitor the production process and ensure batch-to-batch quality consistency.
Inspect packaging, labeling, and filling quantity to ensure compliance with company standards.
Record and maintain QC test results and batch production records.
Report any non-conforming products to the Production Manager or Management for corrective action.
Clean, maintain, and calibrate QC equipment to ensure accurate testing.
Approve and release finished goods after passing all quality control inspections.
Ensure compliance with chemical safety regulations, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and the company's Quality Control procedures.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
Prior experience in Quality Control (QC) for chemical or cleaning products is preferred.
Good understanding of chemical testing methods and laboratory procedures.
Proficient in using QC equipment such as pH Meter, Viscometer, Weighing Scale, and other laboratory instruments.
Able to prepare and maintain QC records and reports accurately and systematically.
Able to follow chemical safety regulations and perform duties responsibly while complying with company procedures.
