Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

  • Establish and supervise the inspection method and sampling plan of raw materials, packaging materials and semi-product ensuring the quality of supplied materials comply with specification. 
  • Handle the non-conformance of incoming raw materials and packaging materials. Coordinate and follow up with supplier to ensure the root cause analysis is completed, and CAPA are effectively implemented.
  • Analyze raw and packaging materials non-conformance trend, review supplier performance and conduct CAPA effectiveness verification.
  • Support with supplier qualification process including auditing and audit report preparation.
  • Lead and supervise QA activities throughout the production process
  • Maintain readiness for GHP/HACCP, ISO, customer, and regulatory audits
  • Communicate quality risks clearly with key stakeholders, and escalate critical issues to quality management
  • Lead/support investigation of manufacturing NCs, OOS results, defects, and quality incidents
  • Identify process variation and initiate corrective actions before product quality is affected
  • Verify critical process controls and CCP/OPRP requirements.
  • Ensure timely and effective in-process inspections and verification.
  • Lead, coach, and develop In-Line QA inspectors/technicians

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree of Microbiological  , Chemical or others related field
  • At least 5 years in Food and Beverage Laboratory industries or related field 
  • Practical experience in beverage manufacturing, preferably with canned and bottled production lines
  • Strong experience in incoming quality inspection, and supplier quality management
  • Relevant experience in process control and in-line QC/QA activities within a manufacturing environment
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Good command of English, with strong professional reporting skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
