Osotspa’s vision and mission combine business success together with a deep understanding of consumers’ needs. This has resulted in Osotspa becoming one of the leading consumer products companies in Thailand. The company has grown sustainably in terms of revenue and profits while maintaining a healthy financial position to support our ongoing expansion.

Osotspa produces, markets, and distributes consumer goods with a focus on core products such as beverages and personal care, as well as providing product manufacturing, packaging, and distribution services. The company’s beverage products include energy drinks, sports drinks, ready-to-drink coffee, and functional drinks. Our personal care line consists of baby care products and women’s beauty care products, with some exposure to male grooming products. Osotspa also provides supply chain services in the form of distribution and manufacturing for some of our joint ventures and original equipment manufacturer (OEM) services.

International Business

While Thailand is Osotspa’s primary market, the company has a presence in 25 other countries throughout Asia, Africa, Eastern Europe, North America, and South America. Perform the daily "order processing process" : start from order capture until delivery to customers Co-ordinate with sales and AR for credit released on-time Ensure product fulfillment by following up stock in order to fulfil the order Co-ordinate to solve delivery issues with relevant departments (Sales, Distribution, Customers) Manage special requirement according to business e.g. transition, promotional item, Quota management, Batch allocation Regularly 'Monitor orders to ensure that all transactions created are corrected and completed with all mandatory requirements. Ensure housekeeping of the “pending/undelivered orders” and on-time order processing. Support the Sales team providing information such as daily order tracking, stock outlook, order amendments

Major Responsibility Taking care of sales operation day-to-day workflow Manage Distributor Management System (DMS) project and ensure functional consistency in DMS Assist TI/IT Specialist in process change and implement at Distributor level and align with different departments on the changes of processes Check inconsistency and validate the data accuracy in the system Taking care of master data and owner of sales operational plan preparation (PJP, Territorial data revision) Embed DMS ways of working in the DT/Dealers/WS+ Sales team’s routines to optimize the system Develop and provide periodical training and evaluation program for all users related to DMS Responsible for On-site roll out based on the schedule On-going system stability support (users, system) Prepare as a wing man of line manager in preparation of Daily & Weekly Sales KPIs & Reports (Direct Control and WS+) Perform other tasks assigned by Line Manager on current and up-coming transition of Osotspa Myanmar. Conduct training for new sales team members and provide skill-up training for existing salespeople every three month. Sales team capability and discipline improvement On-time data preparation and reporting about sales team capability KPI and achievement Analyze data and reporting to prepare effective trade marketing activities or promotions in the market § Permanent Journey Plans projects as leader Inventory management control § Market Movement Monitoring (Market Trending Analysis) § Monitoring on promotion campaign and price setting in DMS
Leadership & Team Management Supervise and support Daily HR operations such as General Administration, Recruitment, Benefits, and Employee Relations. Provide guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to HR Leads. · Ensure HR team goals align with organizational objectives. Performance Management & Appraisals Monitor HR metrics and KPIs to assess effectiveness and drive improvements. Conduct the periodic employee satisfaction surveys and implement the improvement strategies for the action plan. Support functional managers in designing and driving performance appraisal systems and setting individual development plans. Lead for performance appraisal process and EES as well as CoC completion. Policy Development & Compliance Develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations. Handle complex employee relations issues and escalate when necessary. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Lead the full-cycle recruitment process and ensure timely hiring of qualified candidates. Supervise job postings, interview processes, and final selections. Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs. Training & Development Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives. Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness. Maintain updated training records and ensure continuous employee development. Facilitate internal promotion, transfer and wellness activities. Compensation & Benefits Oversee payroll, leave, and benefit administration and rewards frameworks. Ensure accurate and timely processing of PIT, SSB and other statutory requirements. Review and recommend changes to compensation structures. Monitor compensation and benefits to ensure market competitiveness Employee Engagement & Relations Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement. Address grievances and disciplinary issues in a fair and consistent manner. Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback for improvement. Reporting & Documentation Review the HR reports compiled by HR Leads (weekly, monthly, etc.). Ensure accurate record-keeping and data management. Present HR updates and insights to senior management. Administrative Operations Management Overseeing day-to-day administrative functions to maintain an organized and productive office environment. Managing office supplies, coordinated facility maintenance, and ensured operational efficiency. Managing the administration budget and Monitoring office expenses and ensuring cost efficiency. Ad-hoc Duties Lead or participate in cross-functional projects. Handle special assignments as directed by senior leadership.
