  1. Welcome & greet guest
  2. To maintain a consistently high level of professional appearance
  3. To answer incoming calls, politely answers inquiries from potential guests and accepts hotel reservations
  4. Listen and respond to guest queries and requests both in-person and by phone
  5. Inform to guests hotel rates and services
  6. Make and confirm reservations for guests
  7. Require to wear proper uniforms at all times
  8. To ensure proper room allocation
  9. Register and check guests in
  10. To handle room bookings and scheduling

Job Requirements

  1. At least 2 year experience in related field
  2. Good Communication, Continuous improvement, Customer focus ,Motivational fit, Decision Making , Coordination, Good Selling Skill, Adaptability and Building Confidence
  3. Understanding Hospitality Management Programs
  4. Need basic Microsoft Office Skill
  5. Require Basic English 4 skills
