Develop standard procedure to manage and maintain sales and marketing operations
•Responsible in leadership to sales and Marketing team by guiding day to day operations while maintaining focus on strategic goals.
•Implementing new sales plan and advertising
•Identifying opportunities and strategies to increase sales
•Responsible for sales training
•Responsible for setting the sales KPI on employees
•Responsible to meet sales target
•Maintain accurate records of all sales, transactions and activities of the company
•Prepare periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion
•Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.
•Develop and coordinate promotional as well as collateral materials like brochures.
•Overseeing social media marketing strategy and content marketing
•Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular market visit, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities
•Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines by the company

Bachelor Degree / Diploma in Marketing / Business Administration
•5 years in a marketing / Sales support / Business operations management role
•Experience in managing the marketing materials and provide support to the business unit in terms of analyzing their business performance and sales KPIs of their staffs
•Familiar with MS Office applications (Words, PowerPoint, Excel)
•Good presentation skills and communication skills
•Able to hit sales target and take pressure from clients and management
