  • Achieve assigned regional sales targets and KPIs.
  • Manage ADs, Wholesalers , and key customers effectively.                                  
  • Supervise , coach, and develop the regional sales Team.                                        
  • Ensure outlet coverage , SKU availability , POSM and sales execution.                   Monitor collection, stock, returns, and distribution performance.                          Prepare sales reports and provide market analysis and recommendation.
