Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

Lead and supervise the Sales Team.
Set daily and monthly sales targets and ensure they are achieved.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of Sales Staff.
Develop new customers and maintain good relationships with existing customers.
Prepare orders, sales reports, and daily/monthly reports.
Monitor market conditions, competitors’ pricing, and promotional activities.
Handle and resolve customer complaints effectively.
Report sales performance and updates to the Sales Manager/Management.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in sales is required.(preferably in trading or retail)
Must be energetic, self-motivated and proactive, good character and moral conduct.
Must be willing to stay at company-provided accommodation and meals will be provided.
Age 22-35 years.
Abality to independently identify, approach, and acquire new customers is required.
Bachelor’s degree or relevant educational qualification.
Basic knowledge of accounting and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop is a plus)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
