Are you an experienced property or real estate operation management professional who can ensure smooth building operations, excellent tenant experience, and high property standards? Residential / Real Estate Operation Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our property and ensure efficient, safe, and customer-focused building management.

• Oversee daily operations and overall management of residential /real estate.

• Ensure residential facilities, maintenance, security, cleaning, and other services operate smoothly 
• Manage tenant/resident relationships and respond to service requests and complaints professionally 
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, vendors, and service providers 
• Monitor building cleanliness, safety, security, and maintenance standards 
• Supervise and manage operations teams and ensure service quality 
• Monitor operational expenses, maintenance activities, and vendor performance 
• Ensure compliance with company policies, residential regulations, safety requirements, and operational standards 
• Prepare regular operational reports and provide updates to management 
• Identify operational issues and implement effective solutions to improve building performance and customer satisfaction 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Property Management, Engineering, Hospitality, or a related field 
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Property Management, Building Management, Facility Management, Hotel Operations, or a similar role 
• Strong experience in managing building operations and service teams 
• Good understanding of residential facilities, maintenance, security, and vendor management 
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills 
• Customer-focused with strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills 
• Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple operational priorities
