Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

Develop, implement, and maintain the Bank's risk management framework, policies, and procedures.
Identify, assess, monitor, and report key risks, including credit risk, market risk, liquidity risk, operational risk, and other material risks.
Prepare regular risk reports and present key risk indicators (KRIs) to Senior Management and relevant committees.
Monitor the Bank's overall risk profile and recommend appropriate risk mitigation measures.
Conduct stress testing, scenario analysis, and risk assessments to evaluate potential impacts on the Bank.
Review and monitor compliance with the Bank's risk appetite and regulatory requirements.
Analyze portfolio quality and identify emerging risk trends.
Collaborate with business units to ensure effective risk management practices are embedded in business processes.
Review new products, services, and business initiatives from a risk management perspective.
Support the development and validation of risk measurement methodologies and models.
Coordinate with Internal Audit, Compliance, and external regulators on risk-related matters.
Prepare reports and documentation required by the Central Bank of Myanmar (CBM) and Head Office.

Job Requirements

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in banking operations
Strong knowledge of risk management, and banking regulations.
Ability to independently manage all related functions and responsibilities.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Good communication and report-writing skills in English.
Preferred:
-Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economic, Business Administration, Risk Management
