Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance, sustainability standards, and traceability within our supplier factory network in Myanmar. The role requires a strong balance between on-site auditing, rigorous document management, and active participation in corporate traceability projects.

Key Responsibilities & Time Allocation

  • Factory Auditing (60%)
    • Conduct regular social audits across the local supplier network.
    • Identify non-compliances, issue Corrective Action Plans (CAP), and monitor their implementation.
    • Ensure factories align with international standards and company compliance policies.
  • Transaction Certificates (TC) Management & Follow-up (30%)
    • Collect, verify, and manage Transaction Certificates (TCs) from suppliers to guarantee raw material authenticity.
    • Perform rigorous follow-ups with factories and certification bodies to avoid delays in documentation.
    • Maintain accurate archives of all compliance certificates.
  • Traceability Project (10%)
    • Support the implementation and rollout of the corporate supply chain traceability project locally.

Collaborate with headquarters to report local data and progress

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in supply chain auditing, compliance, or quality assurance (textile/garment sector is a strong plus).
  • Deep knowledge of certification standards (e.g., GOTS, GRS, OCS, RCS) and Transaction Certificate processes.
  • Fluency in Burmese, Chinese and professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
  • Strong communication and reporting skills.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the country for factory audits
