Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

Assuring Up-time of all the sites in the region
Assuring MTTR for each site is < BB time minus 1 hour
Sites has to be reached at least 1 hour before the battery goes flat
DGR sites excluded for restriction time s
Assuring that ALL the “Critical” sites are in top-condition
Vendors management:
1. Preventive Maintenance is executed confirm the contract
  - DG at 250 running hours and max > 300 running hours
  - Monthly PM
  - RMS is checked and the NOC confirmed all readings are OK
  - Site audit form incl photos to be returned after each PM
2. On time fuelling
  - Fuel level never below 200 liter
3. Follow up on TT’s and escalation to Vendor management when needed
4. Report on every ICU-site and/or Critical-site after any outage
5. Weekly meeting with Vendor Management to discuss performance
6. Control material flow:
  - Theft will have police report
  - PR/PO for transport issued in line with contracts
  - Return of material to warehouse
Ensure ALL Processes and Procedures where the Region is involved in are known and followed by Staff & Vendors
1. Knowledge of the Processes
2. Use of Systems
3. Correct information
4. Correct execution
Report to the Operations Support Org:
1. Weekly
  - All defined regional projects
  - Against each QA report the actions and due date
  - # Site audits per day and return scan of the forms (penalty)
2. Monthly
  1. Vendor planned PM LIST (DG & Site)
  2. Vendor executed PM list (DG & Site)

Job Requirements

Must have at least three (5) years plus related experience in the telecom industry.
The applicants must have an Electrical/mechanical engineering degree or Diploma.
Able to take initiative and make decisions on the ground.
Strong team player and able to work under pressure.
Outgoing personality and able to interact with all levels of workforce.
Computer literate with good understanding of Microsoft Project.
Excellent communication skills in English.
