  • In charge of setting up and running the company's effective and efficient distribution channel system to distributors.
  • Create plans for the development, implementation, and monitoring of the performance of the Sales Force.
  • In charge of building up the salesforce automation to support the sales team and make sure that any market possibilities are seized and turned into new initiatives.
  • Lead and manage the nationwide RTM strategy across all sales channels.
  • Implementing coaching and training initiatives and educating regional teams on RTM best practices.
  • Conduct market research, assess the results to determine the appropriate RTM models for each region, and establish a distribution development strategy.
  • Standardization for rerouting, monitoring performance of the new route, and building up new routes.
  • Identify the division of outlets into channel parts. Conduct trainings to Sales team
  • Work closely with the Sales team to understand their needs and customize solutions that will increase their effectiveness. Manage and conduct thorough sales force effectiveness diagnosis & recommend solutions.
  • Identify needs of sales reporting and provide reporting platforms/reports (dashboard reports, analytics solutions, etc.) that enable efficient access to sales information. Continuous process improvement, review working practices and ensure that all measures in place are fit for purpose and relevant
  • Automate the sales processes: work closely with Sales teams using DMS data to establish goals (route, territory, SKU).
  • Ensure sales and distribution model in line with company strategies.

Job Requirements

  • Any Graduated or MBA Degree Holder
  • Over 5 years in of RTM working in FMCG industry at the same position
  • Having knowledge and market insights (FMCG)
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem solving, analytical, project management and planning skills
  • Demonstrated ability to apply analytical skills, data-based decision making
  • Highly organized, multi-tasking skills, efficient in ambiguous situations and proven ability to meet critical deadlines
  • Fluent in English
