  • Marketing support in terms of arranging marketing events and documentation.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for the Sales Team.
  • Receive customer orders and record them systematically.
  • Prepare and issue sales documents such as invoices, quotations, and delivery orders.
  • Update and maintain the customer database.
  • Follow up on customer inquiries and order status.
