Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing Sales & Marketing team
Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients
Understand client requirements and propose appropriate software solutions (Websites & Custom Software Development)
Guide the team to effectively cross-sell and up-sell IT products and services
Set sales targets, create strategic plans, and improve overall conversion rates
Conduct client meetings, presentations, product demos, and negotiations
Collaborate closely with development and project teams to ensure solution alignment
Prepare accurate weekly and monthly sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis
Maintain smooth communication and strong teamwork with internal departments
Travel when necessary for client meetings, events, and exhibitions

Job Requirements

3–5 years of proven experience in Software / Digital Solutions Sales
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related fields (preferred)
Strong understanding of Website Development, Software Development, and IT Solutions
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
Ability to manage sales pipelines and effectively lead a team
Good knowledge of digital marketing tools, CRM platforms, and lead management
Fast learner, able to understand new digital tools and technologies
Highly self-motivated, result-oriented, and a strategic thinker
Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork and collaboration
