I'm looking for a high-performing Sales and Marketing Manager to help the hotel meets customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping the hotel competitive and innovative. Sales Manager will be responsible for maximizing Sales Team potential and creating monthly sales plans.
Sales and Marketing Manager ( Duties and Responsibilities ) :
- Responsible for Corporate and Travel Agent Room Sales for the hotel.
-Clear understanding of the hotels business strategies, creating the sales targets and taking the actions 
- Identify new markets and business opportunities and increase sales.

-Represent Hotels in various events and exhibition.
-Implements all sales target plans 
-Conducts daily sales calls and arrange site inspection trips to hotels by corporate clients.
-Able to provide fast and timely responses, keep good communication with team/ hotel manager/ hotel supervisor 
-Provide the highest quality of service to the customer at all times.
-Work together with team/hotel manager to get new hotel contract from travel/tour company
-Able to supports hotels service and relationship strategy, driving customer loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each customer experience.
-Develop strong relationships with team/hotel manager to ensure working in unity and work smart to achieve the sales target
 

-Bachelor’s degree required

-Requires advanced knowledge of the principles and practices within the sales/marketing/hotel profession

-At least 3 years plus experience of a similar role within the Hotel industry

-Experience in managing and directing Sales target, Sales Marketing strategies.

-Ability to support and lead work partners and lead hotel sale team
