Job Description

Lead and manage the marketing and sales team to achieve company growth objectives. 
Develop and implement effective B2B marketing strategies, campaigns, and promotional plans. 
Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities in manufacturing and trading. 
Maintain and grow strong relationships with key clients and partners. 
Coordinate with technical and factory teams for marketing-product alignment. 
Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and presentations. 
Prepare monthly performance reports for upper management. 
Perform general duties as required by the business.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree – Engineering (B.E.) or B.Tech preferred. 
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a managerial role (preferably in manufacturing or industrial). 
Age: Over 30 years. 
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. 
Good command of English and Burmese (written & spoken). 
Proficiency in MS Office and basic marketing tools. 
Knowledge of industrial/technical products (bearings, machinery, packaging, etc.) is a plus.
