  • Develop, implement, and monitor strategic sales & marketing plans to meet enrolment targets.
  • Lead, motivate, and train the sales & marketing team to deliver results.
  • Manage the admissions process, ensuring excellent customer care for students and parents.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online & offline), including events, school visits, fairs, and social media promotions.
  • Collaborate with academic and management teams to align marketing strategies with institutional goals.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with schools, organizations, and industry stakeholders.
  • Analyse market trends, competitors, and student feedback to improve recruitment strategies.
  • Manage marketing budgets and report on ROI for campaigns.
  • Oversee branding consistency across all platforms and communication channels.
  • Generate timely sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews for management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing management, preferably in education or related industry.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and networking skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
  • Creative thinker with data-driven decision-making skills.
