  • Helping create and maintain store culture focused on the customer.
  • Demonstrating detailed knowledge of all products and service.
  • Monitoring and positively affecting profitability in the areas of customer service, Sales, inventory, Expenses Control and risk management and visual merchandising.
  • Assisting Store manager with hiring associates that support our customer focused culture
  • Helping to train, develop and coach associates on selling skills and behaviors and operational procedures.
  • Implementing all visual merchandising standards and operational direction.
  • Ensuring that standards are being followed including floor sets, cleaning
  • Helping create merchandise presentations and displays that have impact are customer focused and maximize sales
  • Understanding the fabrication differences and styling the customer
  • Prepare the duty roaster for the sales staff.
  • Carry out the cash matter if necessary to back office.
  • To send the daily sales reports end of the day.
  • Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties.
  • Ensure merchandise and store standards are implemented consistently.
  • Deliver a clean and well maintained store.
  • Create and maintain a safe and secure store environment.
  • Maintain high standards when hiring and evaluating associates.
  • Ensure that standard policies and procedures are maintained.
  • Ensure tools, reports and equipment are available to perform all job responsibilities.
  • Maintain effective and efficient processes and systems.
  • Provide training and development to empower associates.
  • Maintains and monitor efficient systems for receiving stock shipments, transfers, and handling of defective merchandise.
  • Communicates all inventory issues to the appropriate parties.
  • Assists in general housekeeping duties within the store.
  • Ensures all cash handling and LP policies and procedures are consistently enforced.
  • Ensures store's profits are maximized through effective inventory control
  • Report to Store Manager
  • Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in retail sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or assistant managerial role within the Fashion Retail or Apparel industry.
  • Must be a strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively with others and lead a diverse sales team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and retail POS systems.
  • Willingness to travel to different retail store outlets and work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays during peak shopping seasons.
  • Candidates residing in or near Tamwe and Yankin Townships for Yangon and Chanmyatharzi township for Mandalay will be given preference.
