Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Conduct fact-finding and gather evidence for sales misconduct cases.
  • Interview relevant parties and document investigation findings.
  • Assist in analyzing cases and identifying potential compliance risks or misconduct patterns.
  • Prepare investigation reports and maintain proper case records.
  • Support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
  • Assist in compliance awareness and training sessions for sales staff.
  • Coordinate with other teams to ensure smooth handling of compliance cases.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university, candidates with up to 2 years of experience in compliance, audit, risk, or investigation roles preferred
  • Strong ethical mindset with knowledge of controls and insurance regulations.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
  • High integrity and sound judgment.
  • Attention to detail with strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Basic skills in MS Excel, including pivot tables, data analysis, and simple data visualization (charts/graphs)
  • Strong communication (written, typing and verbal) skills in Myanmar and English.
