  1. Achievement for monthly sale target.
  2. Responsible for finding potential customers to achieve sales targets & maintaining a good relationship with existing customers & expanding new business by building relationship.
  3. Must be achieve growth and hit Sales Target. Analysis sale data to enhance the sale improvement of the company.
  4. Responsible for ensuring that the sales stocks and Sales income money are not damaged and lost in team.
  5. Intelligence gathering on both customers & competitors & consistently giving feedback to the Management.
  6. Must have knowledge about effective promotion & sales campaign, negotiates business with clients.
  7. Well known in Yangon whole sale market .
  8. Develop experience in sales, ideally with hotel ,restaurant and HORECA channel.
  9. Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive outreach and effective account management.

Job Requirements

  1. At least 2 years of Sales Supervisor experience in FMCG industry. 
  2. Any Bachelor Graduates and more prefer with sale and marketing.
  3. Must have excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills.
  4. Good healthy & Good Personal Hygiene.
  5. Family with Microsoft office, internet & Email.
  6. Experience in Yangon Whole sale Market, ideally with the HORECA channel.
  7. Strong understanding of HORECA market trends , customer needs and want to target.
  8. Previous experience in B2B sales is a plus.
