Job Summary:

A Distribution Sale Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the sales operations within a distribution network, typically managing a team of sales representatives and ensuring efficient delivery of products to retailers, wholesalers, or direct customers. This role combines elements of sales, logistics, and team management.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Management: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
  • Team Supervision: Lead and motivate Junior sales.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitors to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and distributors.
  • Reporting: Track sales performance and distribution efficiency.
