Sales Analyst is responsible for collection, analysis and reporting of sales data in a continuous effort to overall
sales productivity to the Regional Sales Head in CCPBM. The development and tracking of key performance
indicators are critical to enhance the understanding of business and to improve decision-making respectively.
He/ She will be created both standardized and custom reports, conduct quantitative products and to improve
operational efficiency.

• Collect Sales Records and Trends and Evaluate Performance against allocated Sales Target by Individual
Sales Team by Region (Daily/ Weekly/ Monthly)
• Collect, Analyze, Evaluate and Report data to Increase Sales Productivity (Monthly)
• Assist management in Developing and Reviewing Sales Budget and Rolling Sales Forecast including
Sales to Budget variance analysis
• Pack mix and / or Product Category analysis by channel by region and total
• To align with Business / Planning Analyst “reporting system and format” and updating sales team
structure into the system accordingly
• Sales Forums
• Follow up and Tracking for Individual Trade Activity by Product, Classification and Segmentation by
Outlets
• Compiling Competitor Activity (update prices, activity and new products/pack & etc.) of sales regions
• Communicate “Sales Reporting and Tracking update” to respective region and Senior Sales
Management with Schedule and as required

Job Requirements

Related Position Requirements/Qualifications
• Any University/Bachelor’s Degree
• A minimum of 2 years relevant experience in FMCG

Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong drive to excel professionally and to guide and to motivate others
• Good marketing/ Business prospecting and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and go-getter
