-Must have the knowledge of the Marine and Industrial Coatings.
-Regular market visit, follow-up and responding to enquiries to recommend and ensure our products are specified for the projects and create sales opportunities for the company.
-Maintain and build relationship with customers ( both new and old )
-Analyze existing customers and new customers to determine sales opportunities
-Responsible for branding, market expansion, achieving sales targets and strategic sales planning
-Manage the operation in order to accomplish the most effective marketing team.
-Build marketing programs to support specific marketing objectives across different channels
-Have to explore & visit to any new potential customers to increase sales force-Plan, develop marketing strategy and customer engagement activities including development of point-of-sales materials and promotions
-Monitor collection to ensure customer payment is received within agreed term to achieve budgeted days outstanding.
-Must lead sales team members to hit monthly sales targets.
-Co-operate with Warehouse team to ensure timely delivery of items
-Follow-up on projects by coordinating and monitoring closely with project owners/clients to ensure our products are used and to achieve sales budget
