We are seeking a dynamic, motivated, and results-oriented Admissions Consultant (Sales) & Marketing Executive to join our team in Mawlamyine. This position plays a key role in promoting the school’s image, increasing student enrolments, and implementing marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility. 

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Sales

  • Promote and increase student enrolments throughout the academic year.
  • Understand all school programs and services in detail to confidently explain them to prospective parents and students.
  • Provide personalized consultation and guidance to parents throughout the admissions process.
  • Prepare and follow weekly work plans, take ownership of tasks, and achieve set enrolment targets.
  • Manage and respond promptly to inquiries from various channels (email, phone, social media, and walk-ins).
  • Participate in school events, tours, and meetings with prospective parents.
  • Regularly update and report admissions activities and results to senior management in both English and Myanmar.

Marketing & Communications

  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and attract new students.
  • Conduct market research to identify target audiences, analyze trends, and create targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Support and participate in roadshows, exhibitions, and promotional events to raise awareness about the school.
  • Collaborate with the media production team to create engaging video and digital content showcasing the school’s programs and achievements.
  • Manage the school’s social media platforms, ensuring active engagement and timely responses.
  • Design and support the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, presentations, and newsletters.
  • Track and analyze marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Work closely with the Admissions and Academic teams to ensure marketing efforts align with enrolment goals.

Job Requirements

Essential Skills and Qualities

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or related roles (experience in the education sector is preferred).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in English and Myanmar languages (spoken and written).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media management, and content creation. Competent in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and marketing tools/software.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management and project coordination skills.
  • Professional, confident, and adaptable personality with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Should have a flexible working attitude, including willingness to work evenings or weekends when required.
  • Must maintain confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism in handling school and client information.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the education industry.
