Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales and Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. The Sales and Marketing executive will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence through effective sales and marketing strategies. This position requires a combination of sales acumen, marketing expertise, and excellent communication skills to successfully promote our products and services and drive customer engagement.

Job Description

  • Understand the prospects of the company and developing strategies for growth.
  • Create and penetrate market in interior design and construction industry (B2C, B2B)
  • Generate the sales leads and cold calling to the potential customers
  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns to promote our products/services
  • Create engaging content, including sales collateral, promotional materials, and digital assets
  • Utilize various marketing channels, such as social media, email marketing, and advertising, to reach target audiences and drive brand awareness
  • Share the market research information during the meeting on weekly basis
  • Gather feedback from customers to understand their needs and preferences, informing service improvement and marketing efforts.
  • Enquiry the events and exhibition and to analyze the effectiveness of participation in these event and exhibition
  • Attend the related networking events on behalf of the company to engage the new leads.
  • Cooperate and coordinate with cross-functional departments & external stakeholders
  • Submit the daily/ weekly/ monthly reports with the progress to senior management
  • To be able to pick up the tasks as required and assigned by Managing Director and Director

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably in construction industry
  • Strong sales skills, with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Willingness to travel as needed and work flexible hours to accommodate client meetings and business events.
