Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

Promote properties, including dorm rooms, shop houses, and land leases, through various marketing channels.
Schedule and conduct property viewings for potential clients, providing detailed information about each property.
Review rental contracts to ensure compliance with terms and conditions.
Prepare rental agreements and contracts for each transaction, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Advertise properties through ads, listings, and open events to generate interest and leads.
Coordinate with government authorities regarding stamp duty fees and taxation related to property transactions.
Conduct monthly occupancy status checks and prepare regular reports on property performance.
Assist in preparing monthly reports and conducting surveys to evaluate market trends.
Facilitate settlement payments for purchasing applications or advance payments in collaboration with the procurement and finance departments.
Provide after-sales services to clients, addressing any concerns or issues related to the property.
Conduct cold calls to reach out to potential customers interested in shop houses and dormitories.
Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Chief Executive Officer or Department Head.

Job Requirements

Degree Holder & 3 years of Sale and Marketing Experiences in real estate sales, leasing, or property related
Strong Communication, Presentation & Negotiation skills, ability to close deal effectively
Preferred Knowledge in design for creating marketing materials
Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks
Knowledge of property related work flow, regulations, stamp duty fees and taxation laws
Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulation
Good command of English
