Sales Management
 Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
 Prepare sales plans, forecasts, and budgets in line with business objectives.
 Lead, manage, and motivate the Sales team to achieve individual and team KPIs.
 Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for business growth.
 Review Sales KPIs and provide weekly,monthly reports to MD or Founder management team.
 Coordinate with branch teams to ensure consistent execution of sales strategies and targets.
Marketing & Promotion
 Develop and execute monthly marketing plans and promotional campaigns.
 Plan and manage marketing activities for Arkar Mobile, including product, service, and branch promotions.
 Develop promotional bundles, clearance plans, and customer retention programs.
 Manage digital marketing activities across Facebook, TikTok, Viber, and other relevant channels.
 Coordinate online and offline marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
 Conduct customer surveys and competitor analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.
 Develop sales strategies for mobile accessories and distributed products.
 Prepare and implement effective distribution plans.
 Monitor distribution and sales performance to ensure achievement of business targets.
Reporting & Management
 Prepare and submit weekly and monthly Sales and Marketing reports to the Managing Director and management team.
 Analyze sales and marketing performance and recommend improvement strategies.
 Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Distribution, and Service teams to achieve overall business objectives.

 Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
 Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Sales and Marketing, preferably in a managerial or supervisory role.
 Age(28-40)yrs
 Proven experience in sales planning, target setting, budgeting, forecasting, and KPI management.
 Strong understanding of retail, distribution, mobile accessories, and service-related businesses is preferred.
 Strong leadership and team management skills.
 Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
 Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
 Proficiency in Microsoft Excel,Word and PowerPoint.
 Experience with software systems and sales reporting is an advantage.
 Good understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
