You will be under the direction of the General Manager with the aim of increasing the client portfolio and business opportunities.

Contacting airlines, hotels and ground transport companies such as coach operators to make suitable arrangements.

Making alternative arrangements for customers who have had their trips interupted by unforeseen issues.

Working independently to pro-actively contact prospective clients, making invound sales calls to generate leads and business.

Assist with the operations of ongoing tours within the office.

Preparing quotations for your clients.

Follow up clients with completed tours.

Job Requirements

Fluent in English(English Native Speaker)as well as excellent command of written and spoken

A good understanding of western culture and client expectations

Good Computer skills(MS Office;Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Hands-on experience with the ability to work as part of a team

High degree of customer service with an eye for detail

Strong organizational skills, ability to work under pressure and to priorities tasks
