  • Develop, plan, and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to promote the company’s media content, products, and services.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities including sponsorships, partnerships, and advertising deals.
  • Lead and manage marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to support business growth.
  • Monitor and evaluate sales performance, ensuring achievement of revenue targets and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, campaign effectiveness, and market insights.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum (2–5) years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development roles.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to develop strategies and achieve sales targets.
  • Good understanding of digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and online advertising.
  • Ability to build relationships and manage multiple clients effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
