  • As an Sales Manager, who is the person in charge of managing a company’s 
    relationship with its customers. The goals are to keep clients or accounts as long as
    possible. They may assist with making sales, handling client complaints, collecting and 
    analyzing data and account planning and improving the overall customer experience.

    Scope of Responsibility
    She is responsible for achieving the long-term revenue and profit growth of BIM.
    She has control over the sales process from pre- to post sales and is responsible for 
    engaging internal stakeholders in the sales approval process.

    1.1. Generate sales opportunities to achieve short and long-term revenue and profit 
    growth. 
    2. Execute direct sales programs and initiatives to drive increased sales. 
    3. Develop and execute sales strategy for the account set assigned.
    4. Develop and maintain a high-level understanding of IT networks, infrastructure, 
    security technologies and implementation services in local competitive environment. 
    5. Manage the overall sales process from pre- to post-sales.
    6. Take an active lead to engage partners in customer engagement and solutions.
    7. Engage customers at all levels to develop long-term business relationships.
    8. Responsible to engage internal stakeholders in the sales approval process.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in any discipline.
2. Minimum 2 years of working experience in solutions sales, with the ability to 
demonstrate a high level of understanding in the network, infrastructure and security 
technologies, preferably in SI environment. 
3. Demonstrate experience in managing sales pipeline. 
4. Experience in selling with partners and enterprise customers
