Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Management from a recognized university.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Sales & Marketing Manager.
  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making abilities with proven market research capability.
  • Good understanding of branding concepts and practices.
  • Expertise in campaign planning, budget management, brand development, and digital marketing.
  • Proficient in using digital marketing tools, CRM systems, Excel, PowerPoint, and market analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, leadership skills, and creativity, with strong abilities in negotiation and team coordination.
