  • Greet and assist customers in the showroom and online
  • Conduct needs assessments to recommend vehicles, financing, and add-ons
  • Demonstrate vehicles and arrange test drives
  • Negotiate and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Follow up with leads and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Keep accurate records of sales activities in the CRM
  • Stay informed about new models, features, and promotions

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • Prior automotive or retail sales experience is a plus, but not required
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  • Comfortable using computers and CRM systems
  • Valid driver’s license
