1)The role required to be fully reposnsible for the SALES & MARKETING and improve the overall sales performance.
2) He/She would be fully responsible for the Profit & loss for the company which he needs to achieve on a monthly basis.
3) Device a plan of growing strategic / key customer and new customer for the group on regular intervals.

Job Requirements
1) Candidate with minimum of 3 years of Exeprience in the Managerial role preferably from an NVOCC comapany or Freight Forwarding industry .
2) Ability to lead a Team of people and mould them as per the companies requirements and able to steer the growith for the Company.
3) Ability to take Decisions in the best Interest of the company and not impacting the business.
4) Ability to work under preassure and able to guide the team aswell.
5)Ensuring Team Training and Development targets are achieved within the Set time frames
6) Ensuring Performance Appraisal of the Team members are completed within Specefied time lines.
