  • Visit new and existing customers, learn about their needs and wants, and promote the company’s products and services.
  • Generating sales leads to meeting and exceeding sales goals.
  • Generating the quotation to fit the customers’ needs best.
  • Following up with all the customers for given quotations through regular visits, discussing, driving, encouraging, and negotiating to win the projects.
  • Recording customer information data to build the customer network.
  • Developing junior sales representative through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education.

Job Requirements

  • Must have a bachelor's degree.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Email.
  • Experience in generating a sales lead.
  • Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies & building customer networks.
  • Ability to communicate with the English language – written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build good customer care and have negotiation, problem-solving & time management skills.
  • Have enthusiasm and passion for promoting Laboratory, Scientific & Analytical Testing Instrument.
