  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving within a short time individually or with the team.
  • Analyzing the sales volume and reporting to supervisors.
  • Meeting customers according to schedules or ad hoc.
  • Negotiating with customers for Sales Processes.
  • Maintain rapport with customers regularly.
  • Aligning customers' requirements & Factory's Production Schedule.
  • Forecasting seasonal sales volume & market situation.
  • Working overtime when required.
  • Credit Monitoring and Payment Collection from Customers on the due date.
  • Other tasks assigned by senior management.

Job Requirements

  • Age between 20 to 28.
  • Must be a graduate (Any Graduate)
  • Experience in the B2B field is preferred but not a must.
  • At least Pre-intermediate Level in English (4 skills) and any other language will be an advantage.
  • Must be able to use Microsoft applications, Outlook & Internet proficiently.
  • Should be able to work individually cum teamwork, strong communication skills internally &externally.
  • Fast learner, analytical, proactive, good problem-solving with a positive mindset.
  • Having a driving license is highly preferred (not mandatory).
  • Must be able to work under pressure and within tight deadlines.
  • Must be able to work in Mingaladon Township.
