 Handle sales inquiries from hospitals, clinics, and distributors.
 Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers.
 Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer messages politely and
professionally.
2. Sales Invoicing ; Documentation
 Process sale transactions accurately and on time.
 Coordinate with the warehouse team for delivery orders.
3. Customer Relationship Management
 Maintain good relationships with existing customers.
 Follow up with customers on orders, payments, and delivery schedules.
4. Sales Support ; Market Activities
 Assist in preparing quotations, price lists, and product information.
 Maintain and update customer database.
5. Coordination with Internal Teams
 Work closely with warehouse and logistics for smooth delivery.
 Communicate with finance/accounts department regarding payment follow-up
6. General Responsibilities
 Maintain professional behavior and communication at all times.
 Ensure confidentiality of company information.
 Perform any additional tasks assigned by management.

 Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales or customer service (medical field preferred but not mandatory).
 Good communication skills in Myanmar language; basic English is a plus.
 Ability to use phone, email, Viber, and basic computer applications (Excel, Word).
 Strong responsibility, honesty, and ability to work independently.
 Polite and customer-focused attitude.
