Job Description

• Achieve assigned sales targets within the designated territory.
• Promote and sell medical consumable products in line with company strategy.
• Conduct regular visits to hospitals and pharmacies to develop new customers and expand business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and handle inquiries, complaints, and service requests professionally.
• Implement sales plans and instructions from the ASM / Sales Manager and follow the approved route plan.
• Maintain strong product knowledge and provide accurate product information to customers.
• Submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports on time.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Medical, or related field

  • Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience (medical/pharmaceutical industry preferred)

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Ability to build and maintain professional customer relationships

  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently

  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, sales reporting systems)

  • Willingness to travel within assigned territory
