Legally established in late 2000, American Taiwan Biopharm Co., Ltd. (ATB) has emerged as a joint venture between a group of American citizens and TTY Biopharm Co., Ltd. (Taiwan), to develop the trading pharmaceutical business in Thailand and Vietnam with more than USD 22 million sales turnover in 2022. With its strong commitment “Always beside you”, ATB has overwhelmingly dedicated itself to become one of the leading pharmaceutical companies in South-East Asian region with core focus on pain killers, GI, cardiovascular and oncology products. Due to the current business expansion, we are currently looking for the motivated and capable candidates to fill the following position(s):

 

Specific Accountabilities:

 

  Revenue goals

  • Establish sales goals, create programs and manage sales operations in assigned territory to achieve revenue goals.

  Managing Medical Representative

  • Supervise sales team members on daily basis and provide guidance whenever needed.
  • Identify skill gaps and conduct training to sales team.
  • Work with team to implement new sales techniques to obtain profits.
  • Conduct employee performance evaluation and provide feedback for improvements.
  • Analyze sales performance and recommend improvements.

  Researching

  • Research the market and keep up-to-date on trends in the field.
  • Research potential customers, review sales lead and establish communication with potential customers to build a relationship that could lead to sales.

  Customer relationship

  • Build strong relationships with customers for business growth.
  • Seek ways to expand sales opportunities within their region by finding new customers and ensuring customer satisfaction to retain an existing customer base.

  Others

  • Participate in developing sale strategy and the preparation of tenders.
  • Other scope of work as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Age not over 35 years old.
  • Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or the related medical fields.
  • At least 5-year experiences in the ETHICAL pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong leadership and result-oriented
  • Strong demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the industry/market/competitors/customers
  • Able to communicate in English (4 skills)
