• To maximize sales, improve the business and achieve sales target and expand dealer networks in each regions of Myanmar by planning marketing and promotional campaign.
• Spotting market opportunities for new locations and in store locations/dealers. (in each regions of Myanmar)
• To maintain a high standard of dealers customer service and care.
• To be aware of competitors, and market trend in the industry.
• Responsible for Wholesales/consignment Business Development in each regions of Myanmar.
• Manage performance of the Sales persons, and improve their skills and meet the standard.
• To be fully aware of wholesale target all the time.
• To be aware of shopping Mall and Department store promotions in order to maximize impact on our turnover. (especially out of Yangon and in other regions of Myanmar )
• Monthly reporting on sales performance against budget and identifying bestselling styles and sizes for each location.

Job Requirements

• Degree from related firm.
• Age between (28) to (45) yrs.
• At least 5 years experience of wholesales sales in clothing industry.
• Understanding marketing, branding and visual merchandising principles.
• Strong leadership skills and an ability to inspire sales teams.
• Excellent organization and administrative skills.
• Excellent technical skills in customer care, merchandising skills, product management, and time management
High level of Microsoft skills (excel, power point, word)
• Understanding local market demands, consumer behaviour.
• Have strong passion in Clothing Industry
• Able to travel within Myanmar.
•Must be street smart, hardworking, trustworthy, ethical.
