  • Manage the whole e-com project to ensure the clear goals on the status of any operations actions/challenges/progress for any e-business wide projects
  • Take full ownership for key activities and projects; scoping out the associated work and required resources, whilst managing the timeline against key milestones
  • Drive project work and conversations to ensure all key activities and projects are delivered on time, whilst communicating roadblocks until they have been resolved
  • Use knowledge of the market and competitors to identify and promote company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators to potential new clients
  • Keep the right processes to ensure the best support to organization around inbound queries from customers to ensure a best experience for digital sales channels
  • Organize and lead the thorough testing of any new systems/processes to ensure the solution is fit for purpose, and defects or issues can be resolved before/after roll out
  • Behave as an excellent communicator that drive internal alignment, finding quick resolutions for repetitive complex issues, coming up with solutions to improve customer service

Operational Supervision:

  • Conduct ongoing market research to identify new markets and customer needs
    Proactively identify performance gaps and highlight potential solutions to improve the quality of service given to the customers
  • Initiate the idea on the app UI/UX improvements to simplified version for consumers
    Alignment with developers for Tech Improvements of the App and Services
  • Creation of highly competitive pricing compared to other competitors.
  • Daily management planning of inventories for allocated and third parties product sourcing, maximizing sales, while leveraging on e-marketplace campaigns and brand’s marketing

Job Requirements

  • Any gradugraduatemore preferable is Sales Management Diploma or MBA
  • At Least 5-year experience in FMCG the field with E-commerce bonus.
  • Well knowledge of MS Office (Excel , Word & PowerPoint…)
  • Good spoken & written English
  • To Analyze & report the data of sales, promotion, pricing and e-business activities
  • Be able to concentrate for long period of time, handle pressure with high sense of confidentiality 
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
