Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Must meet the sales targets set by the organization on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis (minimum achievement ≥ 60%).
  • Set sales targets for teams and individuals to ensure proper allocation and achievement of sales goals (80% and above every month and annually).
  • Region/ Branch wide sales targets by region and branch to ensure achievement.
  • Improve sales performance through effective sales call planning and execution to enhance individual and team results (effective sales calls ≥ 70%, plan vs. visit ≥ 95%, activity success rate ≥ 80%).
  • Create effective sales promotion programs independently or in coordination with the marketing team.
  • Ensure all promotional and merchandising programs are completed on time.
  • Expand market share by driving sales growth across all assigned areas and product categories.
  • Continuously monitor sales progress, identify gaps, and implement improvement plans to achieve growth.
  • Maintain and strengthen customer relationships while acquiring new customers (3–5 new customers per Sales Representative on a monthly basis).
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Award and penalty management for the team based on performance and achievement of targets.
  • Conduct regular market visits with the team and ensure relationships with at least 15% of top customers are maintained and continuously improved.
  • Support the internal development, coaching, and performance improvement of each individual team member.
  • Possess strong market knowledge and maintain good relationships with key market players and major customers.

Job Requirements

  • Any bachelor’s degree, preferably in mechanical engineering or a related field.PREFABLY 3-5 YEARS OF SALES EXPERIENCE PREFERABLY WITHIN THE LUBRICANT MARKET OR ANY FMCG
  • Able to travel frequently to branches or regions.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Strong sales-oriented mindset.
