Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to drive FMCG sales, build strong customer relationships, and grow market coverage in Yangon. You will support daily sales activities, ensure product visibility, and help achieve team targets in Hlaingtharya.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell FMCG products to existing and potential customers across assigned routes.
  • Build strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and other key accounts.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and report progress regularly.
  • Monitor stock levels, product availability, and merchandising standards in the market.
  • Collect customer feedback and share market trends, competitor activity, and opportunities.
  • Coordinate with the team to support order processing, deliveries, and issue resolution.

Job Requirements

  • Experienced in sales, business development, or FMCG field; non-manager level.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage sales routes, and meet targets.
  • Familiar with Yangon market, especially Hlaingtharya and nearby areas.
  • Good reporting, record-keeping, and basic Microsoft Office skills.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and willing to travel for field sales.
